We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.
If "Credit Card Online" is selected as the payment method, then the details on the Customer's ID (Card holder's ID) must exactly match those of the credit card used to make the purchase.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For "new" online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.
Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

SHIPPING METHODS

BALIBIKINI delivers parcels via different courier services depending on the country, including DHL Express, FedEx, and ASC. According to the current international regulations of commerce, there will be an official invoice inside the parcel, along with the merchandise. The invoice will carry the total amount of the purchased merchandise in the same currency as the original order. The invoice will also show the amount of each item purchased. Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction, will be processed the next working day after the order's placement. The amount of the transactions made by credit cards or via PayPal will be settled only when processing the order. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delay may occur in the order's processing.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and take 2-5 business days to arrive, dependent upon your location. During peak season (holidays, special events, etc.) our processing time could exceed 48 hours. BALIBIKINI ships parcels via different courier services depending on the country, including DHL Express, FedEx, and ASC. Please allow up to 2-5 business days.
BALIBIKINI cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances that are irrelevant to BALIBIKINI's control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that in case, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is handed over to the courier service, customers will receive an email from the respective courier service providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order. In order to monitor the status of the order, customers may visit the official website of the respective courier service (DHL, FedEx, ASC) and enter the AWB number in the specific area "Track Your Shipment".
